From February 28 to April 19, our weekend brunch takes on a delicious maple twist in celebration of Sugar Shack season.

Make your weekend extra sweet with a buffet inspired by Quebec’s most beloved traditions. Think comforting classics infused with rich maple notes, seasonal creations, and indulgent surprises that celebrate the flavours of the harvest. Whether you lean savoury or have a sweet tooth, this limited-edition Sugar Town brunch brings warmth and nostalgia to every plate.
